Krypta Engine provides white-label crypto exchange infrastructure software as a service (SaaS). The service includes exchange engine, admin panel, and supporting tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

The Krypta Engine software, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Krypta and is licensed, not sold.

6. Limitation of Liability

Krypta Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
